Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refund processing times:

• 5-10 business days for the package to reach us.
• 3-5 business days for us to process your return after receiving it.
• 5-12 business days for your bank to process the refund request.

Typically, you can expect your refund within approximately four weeks from the time you send the return package.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply log into your account, view your order under the "Complete Orders" section, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
