Our products are shipped from four different fulfillment centers to provide the best possible service. We have two fulfillment centers located in the United States and two overseas. This strategic placement allows us to offer faster and more cost-effective shipping options, both domestically and internationally. Whether you're ordering from within the USA or from another country, we ensure that your order is handled efficiently and arrives at your doorstep as quickly as possible.
Order Questions
We process orders within 4 business days and shipping within the USA takes an additional 4-5 business days. International shipping times vary but generally take 15-20 days.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@incontrolclothing.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may have already been processed.
Pre-order items are made to order and will ship from our facility approximately 9 - 15 business days after purchase. Please note, we will ship items out separately (pre-sale and non-pre-sale).

Refund Questions
We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition. Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card or back to the original payment method. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Yes! You can choose to receive your refund as a gift card, which can be used anytime with no expiration. Choosing store credit may qualify you for faster processing and exclusive store credit bonuses.
Refunds take approximately 14 business days to process For US Customers. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. International banks may take longer.
If you paid using a buy-now-pay-later service like Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, or Zip, your refund will be returned through the same service. You'll receive a partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the return. These services may still require you to make scheduled payments until the refund is fully processed. Please allow 14–21 business days to see the full adjustment reflected on your BNPL account.
If the original card used for purchase is expired, canceled, or invalid, the refund will automatically be issued as a store gift card. We cannot reprocess refunds to new cards due to banking security policies.
For security reasons, we can only refund to the original payment method used at checkout. If the card or service is no longer active, you will receive In Control Clothing store credit.
No, original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order was returned or partially refunded. This policy also applies to international shipping and expedited shipping upgrades.
