If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase from In Control Clothing, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s).
The credit should appear on your next statement.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the return.
Returns are accepted within thirty days of the shipped date. Please allow up to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
We currently do not offer prepaid return labels. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Your order will include an invoice, return form, and/or customs documents. On your Return Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes.
Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received a wrong item(s).

Please allow 10 days-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
