OUR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase from In Control Clothing, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached, within thirty (30) days of the shipped date. Your return item must be accompanied by the packing slip and/or customs documents (if applicable).
Please note: If you received free shipping because your total cost reached the free shipping amount, and your return item brings that amount below the $70.00 USA or $150 International amount. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund.
Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s).
The credit should appear on your next statement.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the return.
Please allow up to 12 business days for us to receive, and process your return or exchange.
We currently do not offer return shipping labels. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you received the wrong item.
Your order will include an packing slip, and/or customs documents. On your Return check off the item/items you wish to return and let us know the reason.
Securely pack your merchandise in a envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please allow 10 days-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
