If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase from In Control Clothing, we will gladly accept returns / exchanges of items that are in new condition, unworn, without perfume, cologne, makeup, or deodorant smell or stains alone with ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED and, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE . We do not accept any returns without the tags still attached.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days (48 hrs) of receipt, sending a photo of the defect. If not reported, we will not issue a credit.
Damaged items will be exchanged only for the same size, color or style of the original item. Any requested changes to the size or color of a item claim to be damaged would be considered an exchange not a replacement, buyer will pay the postage.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SWIMSUITS, UNDERWEAR, OR SOCKS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM ITEMS PURCHASED AT CONVENTIONS.
Your return / exchange item must be accompanied with a note stating your name, order number and reason for the return.
ANY RETURNS or EXCHANGES RECEIVED WITHOUT ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED OR AFTER 14 DAYS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURN BACK TO SENDER, no credit allowed.
Please note:The original shipping fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping and your return item brings that amount below the $70.00 USA or $150 International amount. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund ISSUED ON YOUR GIFT CARD.
Return and exchange items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to a In Control Clothing gift card
We currently do not offer return shipping labels. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you received the wrong item.
Your order will include a packing slip, and/or customs documents. On your return, check off the item/items you wish to exchange. If you no longer have the packing slip please enclose a note with the return/exchange.
Securely pack your merchandise in a envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
