Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refund processing times:

• 5-10 business days for the package to reach us.
• 3-5 business days for us to process your return after receiving it.
• 5-12 business days for your bank to process the refund request.
