We try to answer all messages within 72 hours Monday - Friday during business hours (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST),  all holidays excluded. 

- When would I get my preorder item? 

The pre-order Items are made to order, and ships out from our facility approx. 4-8 weeks after purchase

Please note: we will wait and ship all items (presale & non presale) items together, unless buyer request split shipments

- My package shows delivered but I did not receive it

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Give them the tracking number and inform them of the problem. Unfortunately there isn't anything that we can do . The post office would be the one to contact for more information. 

- What countries do you ship to:

We ship world wide to most countries

- How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Processing can take up to 5 business days after cleared payment. We ship out Monday-Friday All Holidays excluded.

Shipping within the United States usually will take an additional  7-10 business days excluding holiday days and weekends. Due to the pandemic The postal service shipping times are taking longer.

International shipping can take 20-28 days excluding holidays and weekends.
- I moved, or gave a wrong/incomplete address:

    If you did not contact In Control Clothing prior to your order being shipped and the package is returned to us resulting from the buyers mistake, the buyer will get billed for the postage cost to reship the item/items.

    What if my item arrived damage

    If your item arrived damaged please contact us immediately sending pictures of the damage. We will replace the item for the exact same color, size, or style only. If you are changing the size or color of the damage item it will become an exchange, and the buyer will pay the return postage.

    RETURNS: 

      Credit issued in the form of a In Control Clothing gift card only.
      YOUR RETURN MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE TO BE ACCEPTED. AFTER 14 DAYS ITEMS WILL BE REFUSED, AND SENT BACK TO BUYER. TAGS MUST BE STILL attached TO THE ITEM.
      PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PACKING SLIP) WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING OR RETURNING THE ITEM.
      If your return brings your total below the free shipping amount, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount prior to issuing your In Control clothing gift card.

       

      - Non Refundable Items.

      SORRY NO RETURNS ON SWIMSUITS, UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, OR ITEMS PURCHASE AT A CONVENTION

        - What form of payment do you accept
           Paypal, After Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and most major credit cards.

           

          - When will my credit card be charged?

            Your credit card will be charge the same time you place your order.

             

            - What if my credit card is denied?
              You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

              Email us, our customer service team will review and respond to your email as quickly as possible, within 72 hours Monday - Friday. When messaging us PLEASE include your order number in the subject area or the name on the order.
