Thank you for shopping at In Control Clothing, an online clothing store. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
- Defective items must be reported within 2 days (48 hrs) of receipt, along with a photo of the defect.
- If a defective item is not reported within this timeframe, we will not issue a credit.
- Once the defect is verified, we will provide you with a credit to your In Control Clothing gift card.
- Damaged items will be exchanged only for the same size, color, or style of the original item.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimsuits, underwear, or socks.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges from items purchased at conventions.
Condition of Return and Exchange Items:
- Return and exchange items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Your order will include a packing slip. Please check off the item/items you wish to exchange on the packing slip.
- If you no longer have the packing slip, please enclose a note with the return/exchange, specifying the item/items.
- Securely pack your merchandise in an envelope of your choice. If possible, you may use the original package.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We currently do not offer return shipping labels, unless you received the wrong item.
